The producer takes six eggs in his hand-luggage as a cure-all when he's flying long haul.
"I was on a British Airways flight only a couple of weeks ago, and the air hostess told me she’d never seen anybody crack eggs and pour them into their mouth in their seat before,” he said on the Zoe Ball Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2. “But that was me. That’s what I do.”

Sinead O’Connor’s estate has issued a cease-and-desist letter to Donald Trump to prevent him playing her music at his political rallies.
The former US President has been playing Sinead's 1990 hit, Nothing Compares 2 U at various rallies as he campaigns for re-election in the 2024 Presidential Race.
Sinead died in 2023, but her estate has claimed the singer would have hated being associated with the right-wing politician.
