Rosalía broke her silence about her breakup with Rauw Alejandro and the breakup of their engagement.
The Spanish singer posted a post on her Instagram stories to put an end to any rumors about their split.
"I love, respect and admire Rauw," she wrote in Spanish in her message."I don't pay attention to movies," she added, referring to rumors about their split, and continued: "We know what we've been through. This is not an easy time, so I thank you for your understanding and respect."
Rauw Alejandro released his own statement a day earlier confirming their split and denying rumors of infidelity in their relationship.
“Over the past few years, you've all been a part of my professional successes, as well as all the happy times we've shared as a couple. I have never been in a position where I felt the need to make public statements about a matter that is so personal to me," he commented.

"Yes, a few months ago Rosi and I broke off our engagement," the Puerto Rican singer confirmed in his lengthy statement in Spanish.
While Rauw Alejandro mentioned that there were "many issues" that led to the couple making the decision to call off their engagement, he clarified that in no way was their split due to infidelity or a "third party."
"There are many problems that can cause a breakup, but in our case it was not the fault of a third party or infidelity," he stressed.
"During this time I've needed to digest all of this, the false and wild accusations have mounted and out of respect for her, our families and everything we've been through together, I could not remain silent and carry on to see how they intend to destroy the truest love story that God has allowed me to live"
"Without anything else to add, to my fans, I love you so much, thank you for being here," he concluded.
Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro, who have been in a relationship since 2021, announced their engagement last March with the music video for the song "Beso" from the EP titled "RR" they released together.
