Madonna fan Justen Lipeles has claimed emotional distress after attending the singer's LA show.
In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court this week, he claimed Madonna showed "disrespect" to her fans at her 7 March concert.
The suit alleged concertgoers were subjected to "pornography without warning" that included, "topless women on stage simulating sex acts".
Justen further claimed Madonna, 65, demanded the air conditioning be turned off, with the subsequent heat causing him to become physically ill.
