Mabel's new song emphasizes self-confidence even in times of trouble.
Mabel returns with the brand new single "Let Them Know", which is released by Polydor Records / Universal Music.

Although "Let Them Know" is her first solo song in two years, this time has been great for Mabel.

In 2020 she won the BRIT Award for Best British Female Artist, surpassing 4 billion streams and 2.2 million sales for her first album, "High Expectations", the debut of a British best-selling female artist in 2019.

"High Expectations" added to the amazing list of Mabel songs such as "Don't Call Me Up", while during the lockdown the singer added to her assets three more singles that reached the Top 10 of the charts, "Boyfriend "West Ten" with AJ Tracey and "Tick Tock" with Clean Bandit and 24kGoldn.

Futuristic, fearless and enjoyable, "Let Them Know" marks the beginning of a new era and mentality for Mabel.

In "Let Them Know" and the songs that follow, Mabel is still the girl next door, but her star shines brighter than ever.

Mabel wrote "Let Them Know", a song that emphasizes self-confidence even in times of trouble, along with her friends and close associates Raye, SG Lewis and MNEK.

A few weeks after winning its first BRIT Award and in the middle of the "High Expectations" tour, the planet was locked due to the pandemic. It was a rare moment for Mabel to stop and process her time in the limelight.

At the beginning of the pandemic, Mabel moved in with her parents, started dance classes and channeled everything she was missing, close friends, night outs, love affairs and fearlessness, into this brand new music chapter.

"Let Them Know" is the result of Mabel's deeper cultural influences at this time. The song was inspired by repeatedly watching movies and series such as "Paris Is Burning" and "Pose" respectively, but also shows such as "Drag Race".

At the same time, it carefully examines the ethos of dance music that refers to expression, liberation and integration.

While "Let Them Know" inadvertently has the sound of a world reopening, the unrepentant spirit is dedicated to those who have felt they are worth less than others.
