Kanye West has helped Kim Kardashian transform into a fashion icon.
Kanye West was thinking of giving up everything to become his ex-wife's personal stylist.

The billionaire rapper and businessman, who has officially changed his name to Ye, once told Kim Kardashian that he was ready to give up his career in order to pursue her style on a permanent basis.

According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian made the revelation in her new reality series "The Kardashians", which premieres this week on Hulu.

In the first episode, Kim Kardashian tries on the clothes that Kanye West chose to wear for her appearance as a host on the popular TV show "Saturday Night Live" last October.

While looking in her closet, she said to a friend: "Kanye wants to give up everything and dedicate his life to being my stylist."

As a stylist, Kanye West helped Kim Kardashian transform into a fashion icon.

The beauty mogul, who was once a personal stylist for Paris Hilton, has praised her ex-husband for "really introducing her to the fashion world".

"I really think my relationship with my husband Kanye really changed everything. At that time I thought I had the best style. "I look at the clothes I wore in the past and I'm ashamed," she told CNN Style in 2015.

Kanye West, who is active in the fashion industry with his collaborations with Adidas and GAP, is also the "shadow creative director" in Kim Kardashian's SKIMS brand shapewear products.

"It's amazing to have someone you really respect and value for their creative thinking," Kim Kardashian told the New York Times in an earlier interview.

"He designed the SKIMS logo in a bubble shape and helped with everything from hiring photographers, approving models and selecting packaging," he revealed.
