Cardi B is being sued by musical artists who claim she sampled their track on her song, Enough (Miami).
Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar, known as Kemika 1956, have say the superstar used their 2021 track Greasy Frybread in her 2024 hit without getting their permission first.
They're seeking "substantial damages" of $50 million (£39.2 million) for the economic impact, as well as the impact on their reputation as artists, and commercial viability.
"Cardi B, along with other Defendants, has used the song in her new album without permission in addition to distributing it and performing it," the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ states.

On the latest episode of Paris Hilton's I Am Paris podcast, the RnB icon reflected on breaking his neck in 2012.
Jason explained that the accident happened when he fell on his head and broke his C2 vertebrae while practising back tucks for his 2012 Future History world tour.
The artist added that he suffered a "hangman's break," which is an injury in the neck that occurs when a person is hung.

The chart-topping star credits his own music education in Suffolk as a key to his success and has been left outraged by budget cuts to creative learning in the UK.

Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods have been granted permission to turn an old cinema in St Andrews, Scotland, into a sports bar.
The two global superstars will team up to convert the town's cinema into a sports bar called T-Squared Social.
Woods and Timberlake opened a T-Squared Social in midtown Manhattan, New York, last September, but the proposed project in Scotland was met with more resistance.
