Electronic were a duo formed in Manchester, UK in 1989 consisting of New Order vocalist Bernard Sumner and ex-The Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr. Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe from Pet Shop Boys and Karl Bartos of Kraftwerk also collaborated with the band.They released three albums during the '90s, with their debut Electronic selling over a million copies worldwide. However, the follow-up Raise the Pressure, despite debuting in the UK Top 10, was a commercial flop by comparison. Madasun

Madasun were a three-piece girl band, consisting of Vonda Barnes, Vicky Barrett and Abby Norman.The group was named during the 11 August 1999 eclipse and their name literally means "Mad As The Sun".The band released three moderately successful singles on the V2 label during 2000: "Don't You Worry" (UK #14), "Walking On Water" (UK #14) and "Feel Good" (UK #29). Rufus

A 1970s funk band, best known for launching the career of their lead singer, Chaka Khan. Major hits during their career include "Tell Me Something Good," "Sweet Thing," and "Ain't Nobody" Rufus gained a fan in Stevie Wonder thanks to their cover of his "Maybe Your Baby." Wonder gave them a new composition, the slowly grinding "Tell Me Something Good," that he'd written specifically with Khan's vocal style in mind.
