"The mid to late '90s in NJ was some serious glory days for some, and a source of constant frustration for other hardcore fans. The thug mentality, Kickboxing, and metal were all creeping into hardcore more and more at that time. Many people ran away from this style and others welcomed it at the door. He founded the band right after he’d gotten to know that he had been accepted as the contestant of Must Be the Music talent show. The five members of VALAIRE (formerly known as MISTEUR VALAIRE) met in elementary school. They all had classic jazz musical training before becoming interested in electronic music, jazz. They formed the band Misteur Valaire in 2005, and recorded an album, Mr. Brian. Monyaka was a funk group based out of Los Angeles, California. The members included Beres Barnett (vocals, guitar), Errol Moore (guitar), John Allen (keyboards), William Brown (keyboards), Larry McDonald (percussion), Val Douglas (bass), and Richie Bertram (drums).Go Deh Yaka is a disco reggae stomper from the early 80s.
