The Weeknd - Save Your Tears

The Weeknd continues the saga of "After Hours" with a new music video for the song "Save Your Tears".

The last time The Weeknd sang "Save Your Tears" last November at the American Music Awards 2020, his face was completely covered in bandages.

It is now revealed that under the face was hidden a plastic surgery that had an unwanted ending, oversized lips, strangely shaped nose and sharp cheekbones.

In the music video for "Save Your Tears", the 30-year-old artist sings on stage at a creepy masquerade party, where everyone in attendance wears masks, not for coronavirus protection, but carnival masks.

In addition to the frightening changes in appearance, The Weeknd persona begins to collapse psychologically and as he wanders into the space he forces a woman to mark him on the forehead with a pistol.

None of the attendees react, even when the singer rains them with champagne and her drops are the only tears they can feel.

Although his face is not covered in blood and bandages, The Weeknd remains committed to the aesthetics of the album "After Hours", which was released by XO and Republic Records / Universal Music in March 2020, wearing a red jacket (but more fancy this time) and black leather gloves.

Following the release of the video for "Save Your Tears", The Weeknd is focusing on preparing for its appearance at this year's Super Bowl halftime, which will be held on February 7 in Tampa, Florida.
