On Wednesday, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge lifted the stay on the assault and battery lawsuit filed by A$AP Relli (real name Terell Ephron) against Rocky (born Rakim Mayers) and scheduled a trial date for January 12, 2026, according to Rolling Stone.
Relli’s attorney, Melisa Mikhail, attended the hearing virtually and confirmed that her client has no intention of dropping the lawsuit. She emphasized the lower burden of proof required in civil cases compared to criminal trials.
