The cannabis line is an ode to Justin Bieber's hit "Peaches".
Justin Bieber enters the cannabis business world.
The pop star is launching his own cannabis line through a collaboration with Palms, following in the footsteps of other artists in the growing industry.
As part of his collaboration with Palms, Justin Bieber is releasing a series of twisted marijuana cigarettes called "Peaches", a reference to the song of the same name from his "Justice" album that was released earlier this year.
In fact, one of the most memorable passages from the song's chorus refers to marijuana: "I take my peaches from Georgia / I take my grass from California", Justin Bieber sings in "Peaches".
Palms says some of the revenue from each Peaches product market will go to Veterans Walk and Talk, a veteran soldiers' cannabis and psychedelics promotion team, and the Last Prisoner Project, a non-profit organization. who works in criminal justice and works to secure the release of people convicted of marijuana possession.
Instead of treating the cannabis industry as a counterculture, Justin Bieber wants to take the lead and make his collaboration with Palms an occasion to normalize marijuana use.
"I am a fan of Palms and what she does. "It makes cannabis affordable and helps combat the stigma of its use, especially for many people who find it beneficial for their mental health," Justin Bieber said in a statement.
"I wanted to make sure I did something with them that would seem real and the 'Peaches' series seemed like a good place to start," he explained.
