The Weeknd sang "Save Your Tears" at BBMAs 2021 with a fleet of cars choreographed

The Weeknd does not stop innovating and surprising with its live performances.
The Weeknd left the distinctive red jacket associated with his image during the cycle for his "After Hours" album and recruited a fleet of red cabriolet cars to sing "Save Your Tears" at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards.

The Canadian artist found himself in an empty parking lot in downtown Los Angeles and began his performance by singing in a red cabriolet car, which was in front of six more identical cars.

The motorcade was followed by six other white vintage Mercedes.

The Weeknd then got out of the car he was riding in to start walking in the parking lot, wearing a long black jacket. Immediately after, four white big trucks passed at high speed in pairs next to the singer, taking the spectators' breath away.

Then the cars we had seen before reappeared, lined up in two straight lines and turning in opposite directions within breathing distance before The Weeknd.

The Weeknd's ingenious appearance at the Billboard Music Awards 2021 was completed with an aerial shot that recorded all the cars and trucks moving in concentric circles around Abel.

The Weeknd, who was the artist with the most nominations (18) for the Billboard Music Awards 2021, triumphed at the awards ceremony, winning 10 awards, more than any other artist this year.

More specifically, The Weeknd emerged as a winner in the categories Top Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Radio Songs Artist, Top R&B Artist, categories Top R&B Male Artist and Top R&B Album (with "After Hours"), but also in categories Top Hot 100 Song, Top Radio Song, Top R&B Song with "Blinding Lights".
