Taylor Swift was quick to defend her fan while on stage singing.
Taylor Swift scolded a security guard to protect a female fan during the second concert of her 'The Eras Tour' in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday (May 13).
While singing 'Bad Blood' from her '1989' album, Taylor Swift made a remark to one of the security guards at Lincoln Financial Field, who appears to have crossed the line in his attempt to control the crowd.
"It's fine," Taylor Swift told the guard in between the song's lyrics.
"Did nothing. Hey, stop!'' the 33-year-old singer repeatedly shouted, according to footage captured on her mobile phones by other fans.
While the nature of the incident that prompted Taylor Swift to intervene has not been clarified, concertgoers reported on social media that the pop star fought back against a security guard who appeared to be overly aggressive with a female fan.
According to a fan who was allegedly involved in the incident, the security guard "put his hands on us to push us off the railings instead of just telling us to leave."
"We weren't throwing anything, we weren't yelling anything crazy, he was normally coming to dance and sing with us and it resulted in security getting super aggressive for no reason," tweeted user @jackandtaylor.
Another fan claimed that some spectators "came up to the railings to take pictures and the security guard attacked them". The security guard then reportedly "walked away."

Pennsylvania native Taylor Swift concludes her concerts at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field with a third and final night on Sunday, May 14.
