Ben Affleck does not hide his admiration for his wife Jennifer Lopez.
Ben Affleck commented in a new interview on his relationship with Jennifer Lopez and the songs the music star has written for him over the years.
The actor addressed all aspects of his wife's talent during his appearance on the latest episode of Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sean Hayes' 'SmartLess' podcast.
"Here is this incredible actress and this incredible performer," he said.
“And then we sit in the car and I hum, like I do, you know, on the radio. And then a professional singer comes on and sings with you and you're like, 'Well, that's embarrassing,'" she continued.
"I love her music, it's great and I know it all," he said.
Ben Affleck also talked about the songs on Jennifer Lopez's discography that bear his name, including 'Dear Ben' from the 2002 album 'This Is Me… Then' and its follow-up, 'Dear Ben Pt. II', which will be included in the upcoming 'This Is Me… Now'.
"The songs that have been written for me have been written by the greatest performer in the history of the world, Jennifer Lopez," he said.
“I don't know if it's just for me, maybe it's inspired by me, because there's some negative stuff in there. She is amazing," he added.
Just a week ago, the pair appeared together on the red carpet at the premiere of the movie 'Air', which Ben Affleck stars in and also signs on to direct.
While introducing his new directorial venture, which chronicles the creation of Nike's successful partnership with basketball legend Michael Jordan, Ben Affleck took a moment to thank the important people who helped make the film – one of whom, as he said, she was his famous wife.
"I want to say that none of this would be possible - this company, this film, this joy tonight - without the love and support of my wife, who means more to me than anything else in the world." he reported.
"I would like to thank you. I love you. You mean so much to me. You are wonderful, you are amazing, you are wonderful, good, kind, wonderful and I love you," he added, addressing Jennifer Lopez.
