The Måneskin add two more milestones to their assets to continue their frantic course in 2022.
It was announced last week that the Italian rock band, which has recorded a triumphant year after winning the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest, will perform for the first time at the famous "Coachella", the largest music festival in North America.
"Coachella" will take place on April 15-17 and April 22-24 at the "Empire Polo Ground" in Indio, California, led by Kanye West, Billie Eilish, Harry Styles and Swedish House Mafia.
Måneskin, consisting of singer Damiano David, bassist Victoria De Angelis, guitarist Thomas Raggi and drummer Ethan Torchio, will take to the stage at "Coachella" on the third and final day of the festival program (Sunday 17 and 24 April) led by Kanye West.
At the same time, it was announced that Måneskin will appear for the first time on the popular American show "Saturday Night Live".
The band will sing their hits on the new episode of "Saturday Night Live", which will air on Saturday, January 22, and will be hosted by actor Will Forte, who was a member of the show's cast from 2002 to 2010.
Eurovision 2021 - Måneskin
Måneskin's upcoming appearances on "Coachella" and "Saturday Night Live" are the culmination of the band 's success last year in the United States, alongside Europe, with "Beggin'".
Their successful adaptation of the classic song, which was originally released in 2017 and went viral after their Eurovision victory, went up to No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 3 on the Global 200 chart in the United States.
After appearing on "Saturday Night Live", the Måneskin will embark on a new tour in the United Kingdom and Europe.
The tour will start at the "O2 Academy Brixton" in London on February 6 and will be followed by 15 concerts until the end of the tour in mid-March in Riga, the capital of Latvia.
Meanwhile, Måneskin, who won the Best Rock Artist award at the MTV EMA 2021, is nominated for the upcoming BRIT Awards 2022 (to be held on February 8 in London) for the International Band of the Year and International Awards Song of the Year with "I Wanna Be Your Slave".
