Lady Gaga has officially announced her highly anticipated return to Mexico City, marking her first concert in the country in 13 years.
The global pop icon will take the stage at Estadio GNP Seguros on April 26, delivering a spectacular show organized by Live Nation and OCESA—Mexico’s largest live entertainment company and one of the most prominent worldwide. The concert will be part of the promotion for her upcoming seventh studio album, Mayhem.
A Long-Awaited Return
This performance will be Gaga’s first headlining show in Mexico City since 2012, when she last performed at the same venue during her Born This Way Ball tour. Announcing the concert on Instagram, she shared the official poster alongside the message: "¡Viva La MAYHEM! We're back!"
Ticket pre-sales will begin on Thursday, March 6, at 2:00 PM local time, exclusively for Banamex cardholders. The general sale will open on Friday, March 7, at the same time.
A Global Spectacle
Gaga’s Mexico City show comes on the heels of another massive announcement—her free concert at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, where over a million spectators are expected to attend.
Meanwhile, Mayhem, her highly anticipated album, is set for release on March 7 and is already available for pre-order. It marks her first studio album since Chromatica (2020) and its follow-up companion, Harlequin (2024).
So far, Gaga has dropped three singles from Mayhem:
- Die With A Smile (feat. Bruno Mars)
- Disease
- Abracadabra
She also recently unveiled the album’s full tracklist, which includes an exciting collaboration with DJ and producer Gesaffelstein.
More Exciting Gaga Moments Ahead
In addition to her album launch and concert announcements, Gaga is set to host and perform on Saturday Night Live on March 8, just a day after Mayhem's release.
Adding to the excitement, she confirmed that the long-awaited sequel to her legendary hit Telephone is now in the works—giving fans yet another reason to celebrate.
With Mayhem about to shake up the music world and her return to Mexico City confirmed, Gaga is proving once again that she knows how to keep the world watching.
