Hailey Bieber just sold "Rhode" for Billion and Justin is beaming

Hollywood’s golden couple has a billion reasons to celebrate. Hailey Bieber just inked a blockbuster deal, selling her skincare brand Rhode to e.l.f. Beauty in a jaw-dropping acquisition valued at $1 billion — and no one is more proud than her husband, Justin.

Without much fanfare, the pop star posted a photo of Hailey in a chic white suit, resharing her original post where she reflected on how far Rhode has come since its 2022 launch:
“When I founded @rhode, I dreamed big. My goal has always been to bring it to more people, in more corners of the world.”

Now, with the brand joining forces with e.l.f. Beauty, Hailey is stepping into an even bigger role — serving as Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation while also holding an advisory seat at the company.

"Thank you to the entire Rhode team for your commitment these past few years,” she wrote. “And to the Rhode community — your support means the world. This is just the beginning.”

The Breakdown of the Billion-Dollar Deal

While Hailey didn’t mention the number herself, Wall Street Journal and Forbes reported the deal includes $600 million in cash, $200 million in e.l.f. stock, and an additional $200 million contingent on future growth.

Not bad for a brand that’s only three years old — and one Justin has supported every step of the way. From attending product events to gushing on Instagram (remember the “Congrats my love” caption at her February pop-up?), his quiet but constant cheerleading has never gone unnoticed.

A Vogue Cover, A New Baby, and a Touch of Tension

The business win coincides with Hailey gracing the cover of Vogue, where she opened up about fame, motherhood, and life with baby Jack Blues, born this August. Justin also gave the magazine a heartfelt quote:
“I’ve done a lot of dumb things in my life, but marrying Hailey was the smartest.”

Still, even picture-perfect couples have their moments. Justin recently confessed to an old argument where he told Hailey she’d never make the cover of Vogue. She not only proved him wrong but did so with undeniable style. After deleting the original post, he publicly apologized:
“You already know, but forgive me for ever saying something so dumb — I was obviously wrong.”
