Ed Sheeran is not bothered by the fact that he will always have to play some of his most popular songs in his concerts.
Ed Sheeran knows which songs his fans want to hear the most, which is why he will never stop playing them at his concerts.

During an appearance on James Corden's 'The Late Late Show', which airs this week from London, Ed Sheeran revealed that his concert lineup will always include the songs 'Perfect', ' Shape of You', 'Bad Habits' and 'Thinking Out Loud', as well as his first single, 'The A Team'.

The British singer stated that he is not bothered by the fact that he will always have to play the specific songs on his tours.

Being a music lover himself, he noted that it would bother him if he went to see his favorite band in concert and they didn't play their greatest hits.

"I put it in my head, I was like, 'I'm a huge Coldplay fan and if I go to a Coldplay concert and they don't play 'Fix You' or 'Yellow', I'm going to be disappointed." explained.

"So, in my head, I'm like, 'People will think the same thing when they come to my concerts!'" he continued.

Ed Sheeran also noted how happy he is to keep expanding this list of must-play songs at his concerts.

"Every time I put out a new album, I'm like, 'If I don't end the concert with the new single from this album and play a song from the previous album, I'm going to think, 'Did it go well?'"' he said.

Ed Sheeran is delighted that the song 'Bad Habits', from his latest album '=' (Equals), has charted a phenomenal run worldwide.

"'Bad Habits' is the best song of the whole show, so I'm really, really, really, really, really happy with it," he said.

"I thought I was going to end my shows with 'Shape Of You' for the rest of my life," he joked.

Ed Sheeran also informed his American fans that his 'Mathematics Tour' world tour will visit the US after 2022 and said he will reveal the concert schedule "by the end of the year".
