Dua Lipa and Jelly Roll headline the list of performers set to appear at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony

Dua Lipa, Jelly Roll, and Demi Lovato are among the artists confirmed to appear at the 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

The ceremony, set for October 19 in Cleveland, will honor the class of 2024, which includes Mary J. Blige, Cher, Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Kool and the Gang, Ozzy Osbourne, and A Tribe Called Quest.

On Wednesday, September 25, a total of 17 names were announced to either perform or give speeches in tribute to the inductees. Among the notable attendees are Busta Rhymes, Dr. Dre, Ella Mai, James Taylor, Julia Roberts, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Lucky Daye, and Mac McAnally. Additional performers include Method Man, Roger Daltrey, Sammy Hagar, Slash, and The Roots.

The ceremony will also recognize Alexis Korner, John Mayall, and Big Mama Thornton with the Musical Influence Award, while the late Jimmy Buffett, MC5, Dionne Warwick, and Norman Whitfield will receive the Musical Excellence accolade.

Held at Cleveland's Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, the event will air live on Disney Plus.

Cher’s induction follows her earlier frustration at being left off the ballots, despite being the only solo artist to achieve number-one hits across seven decades—a feat matched only by the Rolling Stones, who were inducted in 1989. During an appearance on *The Kelly Clarkson Show*, Cher vented her frustration, saying, "It took four of them to be one of me, and I’m not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame." She added, "I wouldn’t be in it now if they gave me a million dollars... they can just go you-know-what themselves."
