Damiano David, frontman of Måneskin, has officially announced the release of his debut solo album, Funny Little Fears, set to drop on May 16 via Sony Music Italy / Arista.
The album will feature 14 tracks, including Born With A Broken Heart, Silverlines (produced by Labrinth), and his latest single, Next Summer.
A New Chapter for Damiano David
Described as “a bold and provocative new chapter” in his career, Funny Little Fears is expected to push musical boundaries both sonically and lyrically. Through his songwriting, Damiano explores personal fears while embracing artistic experimentation.
Calling the album “over the top, dramatic, and theatrical,” he emphasized its deeply personal nature:
“It’s about the drama of being alive, especially under certain circumstances.”
Reflecting on his creative journey, he shared:
“In the past few years, I had been working non-stop and started losing focus. I found myself valuing things that actually had no meaning to me. This album was part of a process to strip away everything unnecessary for my happiness.”
