Coldplay seems to be preparing a new album entitled "Music Of The Spheres".

A source close to the band confirmed to the British newspaper "The Sun" that Coldplay is recording new music throughout the pandemic, a situation that will be recorded on their ninth album.

"Chris (Martin) and his associates have been hinting for a while, but now they are finally starting," the source said. "They were busy creating new music during the lockdown and everything will end up on the album, which has the temporary title 'Music Of The Spheres'."

The band has patented the title of "Music Of The Spheres" and its commercial use in "products and everything needed for a tour".

"It's a really exciting moment for everyone involved," the source said.

This will be Coldplay's next album after "Everyday Life", which was released in November 2019 and became the band 's eighth consecutive album, which peaked at number one in the United Kingdom.

"There is no doubt that this project will also go straight to the top," the source said.

It is worth mentioning to Coldplay that the phrase "Music Of The Spheres" was printed in the center of the vinyl for "Everyday Life", while below was a tiny note that read "Coldplay is coming soon".
