An Album Full of Surprises
On Monday, the rapper took to X Spaces to share exciting details about her upcoming project—the one fans have been eagerly awaiting for eight years.
“The collaborations on this album are truly incredible,” she revealed. “I don’t have many, but I’ve worked with both familiar artists and some I’ve never collaborated with before. And those new ones? I think they’ll really surprise you.”
While keeping specific names under wraps, Cardi B assured fans that this album offers a fresh and unique energy. “It’s just a vibe. I’m absolutely confident about this album. I don’t think there’s anything else like it out there.”
The Long-Awaited Return to the Studio
Cardi B’s debut album, Invasion of Privacy, dropped in 2018, and since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting its follow-up. However, the release has faced multiple delays over the years.
In a lighthearted moment, the rapper recently shared the lengths she’s going to in order to stay focused on finishing the album. “I don’t want any distractions right now. Every time I have sex, I get distracted. So no, I don’t need it right now,” she joked with fans in January.
With the album set to release later this year, anticipation is at an all-time high as Cardi B prepares to enter the next phase of her career.
