Cardi B plans to release her second album in 2022

Cardi B plans to finally release her second album in 2022.

The wait for Cardi B's second album is long, as "Invasion Of Privacy" was released in April 2018. The pandemic caused many delays, but now, the 29-year-old rapper says she intends to release her long-awaited album within the next year .

In a 14-minute video she posted on her Instagram account, Cardi B informs fans about how busy her life has been lately. This is partly due to the fact that she is preparing her new album to be completed next year.

"Everything looks so bright when you look at my Instagram, but in reality there are many. There are many things I try to balance in my new life. "I have two children, my daughter is going to school now and I have a lot of work to do now," he said.

First of all, Cardi B is working hard on her next album after "Invasion of Privacy" which broke in 2018.

"I'm in a lot of roles and that takes a lot of my time and I also have to release this album next year. "Not only do I have to release an album, but I also have to make a movie, I have to do so much," he continued.

The film that Cardi B refers to is the comedy "Assisted Living", which will be her second starring appearance in cinema after "Hustlers" in 2019.

In addition, Cardi B complained in the video that she has been ill lately and that she is not feeling well, repeatedly saying that she is "hot".

Despite the fact that she has a long time to release an album, Cardi B has done an amazing job and has remained at the top of the charts with both the single "Up", which was released earlier this year and the "WAP" with the participation of Megan Thee Stallion released in 2020.

In an interview with "XXL", Cardi B said that she had planned to release her second album this year, but the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a series of delays.

"I feel that at this point there is a timeline that I created. Because last year I said: "I have to release my album this year". But then I stopped working on my album out of nowhere because I feel like this whole issue with COVID discouraged me from releasing my album. "Because I want to release an album and I want to do a tour," he explained.

Cardi B also starred in Lizzo's "Rumors" and Normani's "Wild Side" this year, and recently released the single "Bet It" for the soundtrack to Halle Berry's "Bruised".
