Cardi B admitted to hospital due to 'medical emergency'

Cardi B has been hospitalized due to a "medical emergency."

The rapper took to social media to announce the cancellation of her upcoming performance at ONE Musicfest this weekend, explaining that she had been in the hospital.

"I'm heartbroken to share this, but I've spent the past few days in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency and won't be able to perform at ONE Music Fest," the 32-year-old wrote on X.

"It really pains me that I won't be able to see my fans this weekend, and I truly wish I could be there. Bardi Gang - thank you for your understanding. I'll come back stronger soon, so don’t worry. Love you all."

Recently, the "Up" singer has faced a difficult time. After six years of marriage to rapper Offset, whose real name is Kiari Cephus, Cardi filed for divorce in July, just months before welcoming their third child in September.

On Tuesday, she lashed out at her ex-partner publicly, writing, "Bro, I wish the worst on this man... I’ve never hated someone this much, and these b***hes are so desperate to be with him. Please, take this man off my hands, this garbage bag is too heavy!!"

She added, "I absolutely hate this dirty, narcissistic piece of s**t... His family and friends never call him out, and that's why he'll always be a terrible person."

Cardi and Offset share three children together: daughter Kulture, six, son Wave, three, and a newborn daughter.
