Drake broke a 55-year-old Beatles record

Drake is the absolute dominator in Billboard Hot 100 history.
Drake is celebrating another milestone in his career.

Thanks to his recent collaboration with DJ Khaled on "Staying Alive," which debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, Drake now has 30 Top 5 singles to his credit, surpassing the long-standing Beatles record of 29 singles that had remained unbroken for 55 years.

According to Billboard, Drake has an additional 100 songs in the Hot 100's Top 20, the most of any artist in the chart's 64-year history.

This isn't the first time Drake has made history on the Billboard charts.

In 2021, he became the first male solo artist to simultaneously debut on the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 with his album 'Certified Lover Boy' and single 'Way 2 Sexy'.

Drake repeated that feat in June, when his dance album "Honestly, Nevermind" and his song "Jimmy Cooks" featuring 21 Savage dominated the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 at No. 1 simultaneously.

In 2019, Drake broke the Beatles record for the most songs by an artist or group to have appeared in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, and celebrated the milestone with an imaginative tattoo.

Drake tattooed on his left arm the figures of the four members of the Beatles as depicted on the legendary cover of the album "Abbey Road", while in front of them appears the rapper himself beckoning them to follow him.

On the occasion of his newest performance, the Canadian rapper celebrated once again as only he could.

"Ok I broke my records for this month, now me and Stake want you to do yours with Bitcoin," he captioned a video in which he appeared to win $5.13 million in a virtual roulette game while following a Bitcoin tracker that showed he won $24,000.

"Staying Alive," which also features Lil Baby, was released on August 5 and is the first single from DJ Khaled's 13th album, God Did, which is set to be released on August 26.
