Winta Efrem Negassi (born March 20, 1984) is a Norwegian R&B artist and songwriter. of Eritrean origin but born and bred in Haugerud, Oslo. She has released several singles and an album titled First. From 2002-2004, she made three music videos for singles Emotions, Hot Romance (Rok With You) and I Want U, which were all under the auspices of the Norwegian video director Ray Kay (Reinert Olsen). In 2004 she sang Hot Romance (Rok With You) which Taio Cruz had written to her.
