Erasure are a synthpop duo from the United Kingdom consisting of keyboardist Vince Clarke and singer Andy Bell, both of them songwriters. After founding Depeche Mode, Yazoo and The Assembly, Clarke formed Erasure with Bell when he found the singer after placing an ad in 'Melody Maker'.Erasure entered the music scene in 1985 with their debut single "Who Needs Love (Like That)". Chambao is a flamenco-electronic band originally from Malaga, Andalucia, Spain, known for a 'flamenco chill' sound that fuses flamenco sounds and palos (forms) with electronic music. The name of the band is taken from an improvised form of beach tent that is constructed as a means of sheltering from the wind and sun.The band started by a trio of musicians from Malaga: María del Mar Rodríguez Carnero (aka La Mari), Eduardo and Dani (who left the band in 2005). Koop is the Swedish electronic jazz duo of Magnus Zingmark and Oscar Simonsson from Uppsala, Sweden, formed in 1995. Though the music may sound as if it is played by a tight jazz group, it is actually sample-based. Thousands of small clips of drums, strings, horns, and choirs are taken from old records and puzzled together into new songs.
