Stromae was born to a Rwandan father, Pierre Rutare, and a Belgian mother, Miranda Marie Van Haver. He is originally from Laeken, in Brussels. Papooz

Papooz is a French indie pop band based in Paris, France, composed of Ulysse Cottin and Armand Penicaut, who write and sing in English. They have released two albums and one EP since 2014. Papooz's breakout single, "Ann Wants to Dance", was released in the summer 2015, and the music video, directed and filmed by Soko in Greece, received millions of views. Marsmobil

Roberto Di Gioia, the musical force behind Marsmobil was born in Milan in 1965. He began playing piano at age 4. His favourite music: the Beatles. In 1975 he began his studies at the musicial highschool in Eichstaett and after graduating in 1984 moved to Munich where he began his career as a professional musician. Jointly signed to Kruder & Dorfmeister's label G-Stone, and Compost recordings, Marsmobil won the 2006 contract for a theme song to the FIFA World cup games in Munich.Their followup album ´Minx´ came out in September 2006. Anders Trentemøller is a Danish electronic musician from Copenhagen, Denmark.Trentemøller made his debut in 1997 together with DJ T.O.M. when they formed the first live-house act in Denmark, Trigbag, and started playing concerts all over the globe. Trigbag's single Showtime was played by international DJs such as Alex Gopher, Laurent Garnier, and Etienne de Crécy. The birth of Elliott was in the fall of 1995 when guitarist Jay Palumbo left the band Empathy, moved to Louisville, KY and joined up with Chris Higdon (vox/guitar) and Jonathan Mobley (bass).
